1970’s Floral Super-Print Flower Power Maxi Dress | Vintage

An absolutely stunning true vintage 1970’s maxi dress with bow detail to front . This one takes flower power to the max, with an oversized floral print in cotton sateen fabric that gives a beautifully rich depth of colour.   The back fastens with a zipper and an additional overlay detail that buttons up with covered buttons.  Sleeveless.  Pockets!  The dress features a deep hemline with a heavier band of interfacing bonded to it to add weight, and hold the hemline and structure. From the back detailing to the front bow and the care taken in making sure this hangs perfectly, so much work went into this dress, and the pattern placement is beautiful.
