Returns Policy

Of course you can return an item to us for refund. 

We ask you return any goods within 30 days, unused and intact with original product packaging and all original tags still attached and in good order, so that our lovely products can find a new home. Clothing returned must still have the original labelling attached. 

For your peace of mind we would recommend sending any returned goods recorded or signed for delivery and/or obtaining proof of postage.  

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage at present.  It may come as we grow, but for now it's a cost any small business would struggle to bear.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations and/or returns will be processed in the same form of payment originally used.

Warranty Information:
Most items in the shop have a manufacturer’s warranty, which is passed directly to the customer.  HOTCAKES has no control over the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. However, if your product is faulty on delivery HOTCAKES will be pleased to refund the purchase, subject to our returns policy.
